An ignition interlock device is a breath-alcohol testing system installed in your vehicle that prevents it from starting if alcohol is detected. What if the title of the vehicle is not in the client’s name? Can the device be installed/removed?
An interlock device can be installed in a vehicle that is not in the client’s name. If the owner (name on title) of the vehicle chooses to have the device removed from the vehicle we will remove the device. Unless the client is court ordered then court authorization is required.
